Welcome to My Little Garden

When I first started K-Blossom Jewelry, I thought my work was simply to make jewelry.

I designed new pieces, prepared for markets, arranged my display, and waited for someone to stop by. Every time a customer chose something I had made, I felt genuinely happy.

At first, I thought they were simply choosing a piece because they liked the flowers or the colours.

But as I met more people, I began to notice something else.

Customers often stayed to talk.

Someone told me that a flower reminded her of her mother.
Someone imagined preserving her future wedding flowers as jewelry.
A young customer carefully brought flowers for her mother’s birthday.
Another person recognized a flower from her hometown and held it as if she had found something familiar far from home.

They listened to my stories about flowers, and I listened to theirs.

Those conversations made me realize that the most meaningful part of my work was not only the finished jewelry.

It was discovering why a particular flower mattered to someone—and finding a way to turn that meaning into something they could wear and keep.

I have been making jewelry for more than twenty years. I still enjoy experimenting with shapes, colours, materials, and new designs. I admire the work of other artists, but I have always been happiest when creating something in my own way.

That is also what I hope to offer through custom jewelry.

I do not want to make the same wedding keepsake for every customer. I want to understand what they truly want to remember.

Which flowers feel most important?
Would they like something simple for everyday wear, or something more detailed?
Do they want to preserve the original colours, or create a new mood around the memory?
Would a necklace, earrings, or a small matching set feel most like them?

These conversations are part of the work.

The jewelry begins only after I listen.

Perhaps that is why I feel drawn to customers who also value individuality—people who would rather take time to create something personal than choose something simply because it is popular.

In a way, building K-Blossom is also a journey of finding people who are a little like me.

People who care about meaning.
People who notice small details.
People who want the things they own to feel connected to their lives.

This journal is where I want to gather those moments.

I will share customer flower stories, custom jewelry processes, workshops, markets, flowers from my garden, and the thoughts that arise while I work.

Until now, many of these stories have passed through conversations or disappeared into social media. I want to give them a place where they can remain, connect, and slowly grow together.

Perhaps, after many years, they may become a book.

For now, I simply want to meet more people, remember their stories, and record how a flower becomes part of someone’s life again.

I do not know yet how far this work will take me.

But I know that I want to continue doing it for a long time.

I hope to build a beautiful and abundant life through work I truly love—to have a studio of my own, create a comfortable life with my family, travel and return with new inspiration, and show that one independent maker can build something meaningful and financially strong over time.

A small business does not have to remain a small dream.
